How to download fonts for Phonto.

How to download fonts for Phonto. On your tablet, phone, or whatever. This app is only available for IOS or Android devices only. Some extra features require payment, but the app itself is free. You can find some fonts to download by checking out some of my videos on Youtube.

IOS Devices

1. Go to Dafont.com

Go to Dafont.com or any other font website, another good one includes 1001fonts.com.

2. Download a font.

Find any font that you like, or think is nice, then download it.

3. "Open in Phonto"

A pop-up mesage will come on screen asking you to "Open in Phonto". Click on it and you will be directed back to the app.

4. Install the font

Another message will come on asking you to install the font. You can find more info on that by clicking on the font name before you get it.

5. Find the font in "My Fonts"

If you're wondering where you're newly downloaded font is, you can find it by going to "My Fonts"

Android Devices

1. Go to Dafont.com

Go to Dafont.com or any other font website, another good one includes 1001fonts.com.

2. Download a font.

Find any font that you like, or think is nice, then download it.

3. Open the new font.

After downloading it, click to open it.

. . .and this should come up.

4. Install the font

Click to install and new font should be available on Phonto now.

5. Find the font in "My Fonts"

To find your new downloaded font, simply go to "My fonts" and it should be there.

The fonts are free and once downloaded will stay on the app UNLESS you delete Phonto. Then you'll have to download them again. You can also delete fonts if you don't want them any more or they are taking up too much space ect. You can also download fonts for your computer too, I'll post a different tutorial soon.
